The herbal extracts in these capsules improve digestion and support liver function. Milk thistle, rosemary, and artichoke help protect the liver and strengthen its ability to neutralize harmful substances. Ingredients in 2 capsules: choline bitartrate (200 mg choline), 300 mg dandelion root extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), 150 mg milk thistle seed extract containing 120 mg (80%) silymarin, 140 mg artichoke leaf extract, 100 mg rosemary leaf extract, magnesium salts of fatty acids, and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents).
Usage: For adults, take 1 capsule twice daily after meals.

Ingredients: purified water, glycerin (humectant), mixed fruit juice concentrate (from pineapples, peaches, apples, oranges, passion fruit, bananas), dandelion root extract, choline chloride (choline), milk thistle seed extract containing silymarin, artichoke leaf extract, rosemary leaf extract, xanthan gum (thickener), potassium sorbate (preservative).
Directions: For adults, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once daily, with water or by stirring the dose into a small amount of water. Shake well before use!
